Both Todd J. Leonard and Scott G. Leonard have extensive experience in the areas of personal injury law have dedicated their legal careers to helping accident victims and their families.
In practice since 1988, Todd Leonard has handled several multi-million dollar cases. He focuses his practice on helping people involved in the most serious accident cases and those who have lost loved ones to fatal accidents. In the course of his practice, Todd has helped the injured obtain compensation from large insurance companies, government agencies, workers’ compensation insurers, FELA, employers and others. In 2011, Todd was chosen by his peers for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers.
Scott Leonard is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney. He has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers since 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Scott regularly presents seminars to other trial lawyers on topics such as tort law, claims against public entities and medical evidence.
Leonard & Leonard have handled many head injury cases and both Scott and Todd Leonard are members of the New Jersey Brain Injury Association.

Todd Leonard has been a volunteer basketball and soccer coach for Special Olympics of Morris County for more than 10 years. He was named volunteer of the year in 2005 for both Morris County and the State of New Jersey by the Arc of New Jersey.
Attorney Scott Leonard volunteers for a Morris County Rescue Squad as a certified emergency medical technician. He served as a volunteer attorney for families of victims of 9/11, and serves as a volunteer mediator for the Morris County Superior Court.
